In Venezuela, people are breaking their necks to haul the most important element of daily living water from whatever sources it seems possible. 
Personal possibilities, government-provided tankers, rivers, even gutturs are blown to extract the the water to find it though it turns out at entry level.
The country suffering already from social and economic crisis, is now keeping continuous power grid calamity which has left the civilians out there in a deep bereavement.
This Latin American country was known to be least religious, but now there crisis is turning them to the faith in God and they call upon God for help and give them means to barricade themselves against their survival struggles.
